Senior Associate/AVP - Basel Implementation - BFS

Our client, a prominent global financial institution providing an extensive array of services, is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Associate/AVP to take the helm of their Capital Reporting team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Devise a comprehensive testing strategy that covers all aspects of the organization affected by Basel 4, including risk assessment, capital calculation, data management, and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing plans, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy calculations, to ensure the organization's readiness for Basel 4 compliance.

- Provide consultation to Production Team for Pre-production.

- Development of Data Controls and Governance to improve reporting accuracy.

- Keep Track of Defects and Highlight risks on time for remediation.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 10+ years of experience required.

- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, risk management principles, and financial products.

- Experience with previous Basel compliance (e.g., Basel II, Basel III) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
