Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - BFS - CA

Technical Expectations :

- Has successfully delivered varied internal audit/risk assessment/Internal Financial control engagements

- Should have strong communication skills to hold discussions with senior management (CEO's/CFOs/IA Head)

- Should have excellent report writing skills

- Should be able to monitor execution on multiple engagements (2-3) and close loop any delays in the audit cycle

- Should be able to mentor the audit team and motivate them for dedicated & quality delivery on client engagements

- Should have deep understanding of the risks and control environment of major business cycles such as P2P, O2C, Finance, R2R, compliance etc.

- Shall be responsible for leading /executing multiple on-field audit / IFC engagements including reviewing reports for circulation to client management

- Should be able to take up the report / deliverable's discussions with managers/ partners as well as client for obtaining appropriate action plan against noted issues

- Should be able to act as a single point of contact for resolving the client disconnects / engagement challenges

- Shall be required to monitor and strictly ensure timely completion of audit and submission of quality deliverables/reports within planned time

- Should be able to train the junior staff on auditing skills and accordingly act as a team player
