Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Instructional Design

Job Description :

Instructional Design :

- Storyboard for WBTs

- Create decks and supporting material for ILTs

- Create design documents for WBTs and ILTs

- Review storyboards/courses and provide feedback to make them instructionally sound

- Administration and organization

- Manage team effectively and get the best out of them

- Interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

- Flexibility

- Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours when required

Key attributes :

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement

- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite

- Experience in use of authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline is desirable

- Knowledge of any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial

Candidate Profile :

- Ability to plan and prioritize work and work independently

- Should set targets for the team and monitor for quality and productivity

- Collaborate effectively with other teams to deliver exceptional service to customers

Education : Masters (Post Graduate) in English Literature, Instructional Design or similar disciplines.

Experience : Sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years.

- Communication skills : Excellent communication skills in English language.

- Tools (desirable) : Expert level technical knowledge on Microsoft Office and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
