Sr. Associate/AM/Manager - UAE Corporate Tax - India Delivery Center - Reputed Tax Advisory Firm

- This is a Work-from-Home opportunity.

- Even though this is a 'wfh' role, selected candidate should be willing to travel to Abu Dhabi on an as-and-when required basis for a duration of few weeks to few months.

With the adoption of corporate tax in the UAE, the tax and compliance requirements of most UAE entities have significantly changed from June 1, 2023.

The roles and responsibilities pertaining to the role in firm's India Delivery Centre will include the following:

- Assisting UAE based team to help firm's clients meet their corporate tax compliance

- Assist on important tax matters such as tax calculations and preparing and submitting accurate information in compliance with the Federal Tax Law.

- Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns with necessary supporting documents

- Ability to independently analyze and interpret provisions under the UAE Federal Tax Law as also provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties

- Overall responsibility for execution of the assigned work

- Effective implementation and review of work programs

- Coordinating with on-site on the planning and management of assignments

- Taking technical sessions in internal Learning and Education (L&E) sessions

- Active in knowledge sharing, contribution of Thought Leadership, article writing, etc.

Profile Requirements:

- Qualified CAs with 2 to 8 years of work experience in Indian domestic corporate tax and international taxation with reputed consulting firms

- Candidates who can join in 15 to 20 days preferred.

- Efficiency in MS office and report writing skills
