Senior Associate - Academic Relations & Government Initiatives

- Establish and nurture partnerships with leading academic institutions, research centers, and government agencies to drive collaborations in AI research and development.

- Identify potential funding opportunities from government grants, programs, and initiatives to support research and project goals.

- Create and implement plans to match our company's goals with policies and directives from the government, guaranteeing compliance and smooth integration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research engineers, marketing, and Human Resources` to ensure successful execution of joint projects and compliance with grant requirements.

- Plan and execute L&D conferences, workshops, and business gatherings to showcase the company's AI development and encourage networking with key stakeholders.

- Monitor industry trends, policies, and government announcements related to AI to inform company leadership of potential opportunities or challenges.

- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and progress updates to internal stakeholders and government partners as required.

- Stay informed about the latest AI research advancements and explore potential collaboration opportunities with academic researchers

- REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in academic relations, government initiatives, or a related field in the technology sector.

- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and government institutes.

- Knowledge of government funding programs, grants, and R&D initiatives related to AI or emerging technologies.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering successful collaborative projects.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
