Role and Responsibilities:
Data & Analytics and Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
- Manage multiple Insurance engagements with a team of >20 resources
- Work with Insurance client Senior Leadership/CDOs/CAOs to understand areas of growth opportunities, providing thought leadership & overall engagement construct planning
- Handle the commercials of multiple Insurance engagements, engage in account planning discussions including preparing project cost estimates, pricing and monitor, review and create actions that drive healthy business performance with regards gross margin and revenue
- Work with Senior Leadership to expand Insurance Analytics presence in APAC by identifying potential prospect clients, creating collateral, presenting & engaging in BD discussions
- Advanced sense of logical reasoning and quick understanding of the client requirements and efficient management of deliverables. Bring ground-breaking ideas to solve client problems and ideas to the Data & Analytics groups at
- Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage multiple teams of analysts to solve different parts of the problem. Be adept at understanding a broad set of technical tools and analytical approaches that the team can deliver to client challenges.
- Determines analytics requirements by evaluating client's business strategies and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisitions team to Strengthen the team as per client requirements

- Manage all areas of team delivery and performance including (but not limited to):
- Direct impact on client delivery - setting best practices, training and skillset development, stakeholder and relationship management, project planning, daily and weekly update meetings, establish resource needs and ensure team member roles are optimised
- Direct impact on team engagement - timely goal setting and reviews, running one-on-ones with team members, advising and guiding team members on difficult and complex project or stakeholder situations, performance management and running events that motivate the team to succeed
Candidate Profile:
- Role Title dependent on experience but minimum of 12 years' experience required for SAVP. VP role preferred experience 15 years+
- Insurance Domain client delivery and sales process knowledge
- Advanced skillset in at least one of the following technical skills - Tableau, Python and one of either SAS/SQL
- Data modelling/migration and/or Transformation projects
- Client discussions/pitches and workshops
- High Performance Team Management - prior experience in handling large teams, client/stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness - impact of analytics work/delivery to financials and also the business outcomes at clients
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical ability & problem solving skills with a strong record of achievement
- Strong integrity plus an awareness of diversity and inclusion needs
- Preferred work experience with Australia/New Zealand, if not with UK Market
- Entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to pressured timeframes
