Senior/Assistant Manager - Product

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development Strategy:

- Support Product Manager with insights from market research, industry analysis, competitor intelligence, and emerging trends.

- Monitor competitor pricing, sales mix, and launch calendars to ensure product competitiveness and adaptability.

- Contribute to strategies that future-proof products against competitive changes.

Product Launch & GTM Strategy:

- Assist in developing brand positioning and communication strategies.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and budgets.

- Monitor and escalate deviations from launch plans, propose risk mitigation strategies.

Developing Marketing Campaigns:

- Liaise with mainline agencies for ATL (Above The Line) assets and marketing collaterals.

- Analyze and coordinate Print/TVC/OOH (Out Of Home) advertising plans.

- Collaborate with BTL (Below The Line) agencies for promotional activities.

- Work with digital teams on content generation and digital marketing strategies.

Brand Management:

- Collaborate with Market Research to identify consumer trends and insights.

- Support brand-building activities and analyze competitor brand messaging.

- Monitor ORM responses to maintain positive brand conversations.

- Marketing Support for Sales:

- Assist sales teams with developing sales collaterals, training tools, and product comparisons.

Stakeholder Interaction:

- Internal: Regional retail marketing/sales teams, marketing services, digital teams, and product line managers.

- External: Agency partners for communication development, media planning, and event activations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Marketing) graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

- Passion for the automotive industry and products.

- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to collaborate across departments and integrate effectively.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

- Optimistic, self-driven, and proactive.
