A Senior Art Director should have the ability to lead and execute for any kind of creative project. They should be able to partner with a copywriter from concept to execution and drive creative solutions. They should be able to build and maintain relationships between partners and the broader team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand and lead the art direction and strategy in order to deliver strong creative results.
- Lead brainstorm sessions and drive the team towards creative solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of Typography and Type application.
- Create strong on grid layout designs and master artworks and have the ability to expand upon it.
- Create presentations and effectively present to Leadership, Marketing and broader teams.
- Make timely decisions and delegate work effectively for fast-paced projects to meet deadlines.
- Mentor or train others to improve their creative skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language
- Updated with advertising and trends world in terms, new skills, technology and ideas.
- Look-up and research for a stronger understanding of different media, if the need for collaboration between teams arises (CGI, UX, etc).
