Senior Architect - Cloud Architect

- Acts as a single Point Owner of Technical Solutions for High performing & Scalable Cloud based Products/Solutions/Offerings.

- Drives key architecture and technology decisions in Cloud based solutions working with Technology leaders within the business.

- Understand application domains for new offerings with Product Marketing.

- Shares Technology roadmaps with NPI mapping with Key Customer Accounts

- Drives Technology stack evaluation, Platforms & recommend Technology choices to businesses.

- Understands Macro Trends, Industry/Domain specific trends and creates new business opportunities

- Develops best practices, architecture/design patterns, guidelines and create reusable platforms/frameworks

- Responds to RFQ/RFP with Sales/Marketing/Project teams

- Enables realization of System by meeting stakeholder's expectations. Considers complete problem including operations, cost, schedule, performance, test, training & support.

- Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts and solutions with them.

- Drive Platform/reusable components Strategy working with product Architects

- Understands customer needs and provide inputs to Marketing Requirements, Critical To Quality features.

- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definitions to different logical subsystems.

- Ensures in delivering Critical Need based solutions validated with alternate trade-off analysis.

- Effectively presents information to diverse audience like Development teams, Executive management, customers and other stakeholders.

- Performs Detailed Architectural Risk Analysis, Architectural validation and risk mitigation action plans,

- Brings creativity & innovation at work.

- Must be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach, attention to detail and results orientation.

- Clearly Demonstrates Technology & Thought Leadership.

Skills/Qualifications :

- Must have minimum 12+ years of IT Experience, Preferably 3-5 years in Cloud Solutions & Services

- Experience or exposure to solution offerings in Building Management Systems is a plus.

- Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in implementing complex Product Services/Cloud based Software Services/Solutions.

- Must have handled at-least 2 large programs in Cloud Based Services Development & Deployment as an System Architect involving various Cloud and integration technologies.

- Should have experience in defining system architecture for large Software Based Services using Cloud technology.

- Should have experience in defining architecture for Cloud based Services and data analytics applications.

- Good understanding and experience working with different Cloud providers in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS domains

- Strong understanding of the Cloud technology market, players, their offerings and trade-offs

- Must be proficient in authoring System/Product/Solution requirements from the stakeholders requirements.

- Must have experience in converting System Requirements to Architecture/Design concepts.

- Must be well versed with Architecture styles and patterns and trade off analysis using standard methodologies.

- Must have working experience in design for scalability, performance for large scale Cloud Applications/Solutions.

- Must have worked in global/multi Location product development environment.

- Expert working knowledge on MS Azure and/or AWS or other platforms and services.

- Strong working knowledge on development using J2EE or .NET technologies.

- Strong understanding of Cloud design patterns is required

- Strong Knowledge of .Net and UI with extensive experience on C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, JQuery, CSS3.

- Well versed with design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, MVP and etc

- Strong exposure to messaging and caching technologies for performance.

- Databases: SQL Server, Non SQL, query optimization, Database balancing

- Must be expert in distributed architectures, Web Services, WCF.

- Must have experience with Automation and unit testing frameworks, eco systems for Development & Operations (DevOps) frameworks.

- Strong background working in an Agile environment.

- Must have experience in Cyber Security needs/mitigation for Cloud based Application/Services needs.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication.

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business.

- Must demonstrate a hands-on approach, attention to detail and results orientation..

Educational Qualifications :

- BE / ME / PhD with at-least 15+ years of experience.

- Preferable to have TOGAF/ MS certified
