Sr Analyst -VC Fund Bangalore

Job Description :

- Sourcing deals by building relationship with the ecosystem

- Screening and evaluating deals before they are presented to internal IC

- Assist in Deal Structuring and Valuation - commercials and legal negotiations

- Assist in Post investment monitoring and risk management

- Drafting IC notes, term sheets and ensuring compliance to deal terms

- Doing Research putting together Point of View on Tech and contemporary trends

- Other ancillary processes like marketing support etc

Profile :

- 3-5 years of post qualification experience of which 3-4 years Analyst or progressive roles in a PE fund, VC fund, Angel fund, Technology i-bank, Corporate VC arms and corporate finance

- Track record of closing deals and exits (preferred)

- Strong background in IT and Corporate Finance

- Preferred an Engineer / MBA combination

Location : Bangalore

Gross Emoluments : About Rs 15 lakhs
