Senior Analyst - Transaction Advisory - Financial Firm

BNC is hiring Senior Analyst - Transaction Advisory for consulting entity

1. Assisting with Industry Research/Company Research.

2. Documenting Teasers, Information Memorandums and Business Plans.

3. Build financial models and valuation reports.

4. Support during Due Diligence.

5. In depth understanding of Financial Analysis with strong understanding of financial statement, cash flows, key ratios.

6. Assistance and support for Equity Placement through domestic and international sources including PE Funds, HNIs and Family Offices for transaction in and outside India.

7. Support in gathering information from the target company during formal interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate with 3-4 years of post-qualification (CA / MBA / CFA +MBA)

2. Must have independently built complex financial models from scratch and made valuation reports.

3. Prepared pitch decks and information memorandum.

4. Excellent Analytical & Numerical Skills. Well verse with Advance level MS Excel, PPT & Word.

5. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
