Sr Analyst Talent Acquisition for US MNC
Primary responsibilities:
Recruitment activities which includes:
- Understanding demand forecast.
- Sourcing, HR discussion on behavioral aspects, negotiating compensation and extending the offers.
- Candidate management - experience and engagement.
- Scout, assess and acquire talent appropriate for the open positions.
- Perform research in support of sourcing efforts to identify the most effective channels & target market to get the best candidates (e.g., competitors, related firms, recruitment firms).
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements as per the SLAs.
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet hiring targets in an effective manner.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Operations, L&D & HRBP teams to ensure there is smooth flow of interview and onboarding process.
- Stakeholder Management - Advise the various stakeholders on strategy, trends and address queries.
- Support the larger team in any process improvements.
- Open to work on projects outside Talent Acquisition.
- Interaction with the hiring managers on need basis.
Required Skills: Essentials - Degree with 4-6 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Exposure in handling Niche requirements. Tech Recruiting experience is preferred
- Exposure in using Job portals.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under ambiguous environment.
- Attention to detail, Aptitude for data and reporting & a strong knack for numbers.
- Exposure to recruitment module in Workday
- Strong negotiation skills & Stakeholder Management skills
- Target driven & result oriented approach.
