Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Management

The main purpose of this job is to ensure the availability of right products at right time, at right cost, at right place, to the right customer as per the demand plan and safety stock strategy to support vision, mission and strategies for long term sustainability and growth, while working with our external contract manufacturers & other suppliers as well as internal stake holders in making of centre for excellence in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role ?)

- Ensuring warehouse inventory level to meet customer demand

- Contingency planning to support critical customer requirements and factory exigencies

- Responsible for running a capacity constrained weekly and monthly supply planning

- Close co-ordination for inbound and outbound shipments

- Work closely with cross functional teams to service customer orders in timely and satisfactory manner

- Ensure data integrity for all the data, parameters & reports

- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes and systems for efficiency and responsiveness

Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience

Minimum Qualifications :

- BE, MBA -TIER 1 or 2 Institute (Specialization in Supply chain or Operations)

- 3-8 years' Experience in Capacity planning/Supply planning

- Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel)

- Skilled in using the Oracle ASCP system.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge on other ERP systems would be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams.

- Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good learner, proactive and team player

- Ability to prioritize work and complete task effectively
