Senior Analyst - Structured Finance

Brief Role:- Credit rating of the retail pool securitization (PTC and DA) mainly for financial sector entities such as NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs etc. Recovery ratings, credit rating of structured debts and guarantee backed debt instruments of Asset Reconstruction Companies and other corporate sector entities. Regular monitoring of rated portfolio (surveillance), Credit risk and research assessment, detailed asset class wise portfolio risk analysis.

1) Evaluate credit risk of the retail loan portfolio belonging to banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions and home finance companies

2) Analyze past performance and estimate future behavior of retail loan portfolios using various quantitative tools models

3) Independently handling rating assignments for entities of varying sizes and preparing reports and rationale for the assigned ratings

4) Preparing rating report by including profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, financial and business performance analysis and peer comparisons

5) Strictly adhering to standard operating procedure & policies

6) Conducting research on the industry in which the company is operating and keeping a track on the performance of the industry as a whole

7) Ensuring quality check of the work deliverable

8) Assist other analysts in areas related to credit evaluation and monitoring. Interacting with the senior management of the originators as well as other market participants

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

Preferably a CA (1st Attempt), or an MBA from Tier 1 /2 /3 with experience in Mid / large corporate.

Senior Analyst role 4 to 10 years experience in analyzing

Ability to understand the business of clients
