Senior Compliance Analyst / Senior Process Auditor / Manager Compliance

We do have a job opening with one of the leading Consumer durable organization for the profile of "Manager/Sr. Manager - Compliance" based at Delhi NCR.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Support Head Compliance in end to execution of Compliance related activities

- Proficient in Risk based audit approach & Methodology

- Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with a diverse, global and cross-function team & delivered successful projects.

- Independently handled the Process Audit / Compliance functions

- Experienced in conducting Business Process Reviews - Service, Sales - Consumer finance etc. & & continuously monitor recommended actions.

- Identify and implement process improvement to continuously increase operational efficiency, quality & scalability.

- Partner with Business development functions to enhance the Process validation / Process Controls in Business Processes.

- Established SOP for different business processes & experience in performing Vendor due diligence.

- Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical & logical thinking to reach a solution

- Handled Consumer finance companies' (under consumer finance business) subvention claim review & analysis - Audits & reconciliation of subvention claims

- Settlement of difference arise out of the subvention claim verification process through CN

- Customer Service Warranty Claim data analysis & Field audits - warranty claims
