Senior Analyst - SEO

We are hiring "Senior Analyst-SEO" for our Global Client.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10-12 Years

Notice Period: Upto 45 Days

Mandatory skills:

a. On Page Optimization (Ask to Describe)

b. Off Page Optimization (Ask to Describe)

c. Creating SEO content briefs

d. Any Organic growth Initiatives.

e. What tools you have used for keywords.

Role: This is an Individual Contributor role

Reporting: The person should have excellent communication skills and should have the maturity of working with the Onsite stakeholders in the US, explaining to them the merits of the work being done and providing strategies and not just taking work orders from the US Team and executing them.

Job description:

- Create SEO content briefs

- Review and audit existing content to find new and missed opportunities

- Own on-page optimization (H1, H2s, internal/external links, title and meta, structured data, URL, etc.)

- Work on organic growth initiatives with team including Local SEO

- Track, analyze and report using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO industry tools

- Do extensive keyword research to align with the SEO strategy & business goals

- Keep current with Google algorithm updates

- Monitor project status and work closely with developers/BAs

Skill Set:

- 7+ years of experience in SEO and content creation in a full -time or internship capacity

- Excellent written skills; ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a team

- Understanding of search engine optimization best practices and principles

- Desire to learn all aspects of SEO

- Knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors

- Familiarity with industry tools such as Google, Search Console, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
