Senior Analyst - Record To Report - CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. RTR Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the record-to-report process and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end record-to-report (RTR) process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Ensure timely closing of books at month-end and year-end, coordinating with various departments to gather - necessary financial information.

- Review and improve RTR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements:

- CA qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience in record-to-report or financial reporting roles.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work model and flexible to work during specified timings.
