Senior Analyst - Real Estate Valuation - Big4

Job Responsibilities :

- Performing valuation analysis for valuation analysis of business, calculation of Multiples, Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC)

- To perform Ratio Analysis, Tables for Report, calculation of Enterprise Value using Comparables Companies Quoted Multiples, Market Price Method, Net Asset Value Method, Comparable Transaction Method

- Responsibilities include review or collection of market information; analysis of real estate documents, including appraisals and lending documents; performing market studies; cash flow modeling; and report writing.

- Lead a team of Analyst and/or Senior Analyst in engagement to achieve end objective

- Project Management

Desired Profile :

- MBA 2011/2012/2013 pass out Regular / CFA with 3 years of Post Qualification exp with strong exposure in valuation.

- Must have done valuation for Real Estate Industry.

- Have knowledge of research databases like Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Factiva, Thomson, etc.

- Expertise into DCF & Relative valuation.
