- Involves property market research, financial analysis, business development, project evaluation

- To generate opportunities for real estate development in identified geographies by using multiple channels

- To assess the development potential of identified land parcels

Description :

- Experience preferably in a Real Estate Development organisation in land acquisition, business analyses, joint development/ joint venture environment

- Understanding of assessing development potential and basic regulations governing land

- Developing financial projections in coordination with other departments

- Working Knowledge of Financial Modelling

Profile :

- Basic understanding of contracts

- Strong analytic & problem- solving skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Proactive, a good team player, detail oriented & well organised

- Willingness to travel

Job Offer :
