Senior Analyst - Project Finance - Solar Project - IIM/IIT

Support Project Finance lead and key management in securing Debt for Solar PV projects :

- Support in procuring term loan /project finance/re-finance for various solar projects SPVs of the Company

- Support in Making Project Reports for point 1(a) above and documentation to facilitate debt closure

- Closely dealing with Indian and Global Banks/Financial Institutions for support of project finance closure

- Regular follow up with potential lenders on status on loan applications, documentation etc to facilitate debt closure

- Perform financial analyses and debt scenario models for lender discussions using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparables

- Support due diligence process on financial docs for any equity investments discussions in project SPV by Company

- Support in preparation of loan application packages and support in Investment committee packages

- Support in monitoring actual results vs project finance case

Financial modeling :

- Has a hands on knowledge on developing and running a financial model and scenario options

- Ability to present financial model to articulate cash flow and risks of project

Candidate will have to support to manage investment and debt relationships :

Candidate Profile :

- Good excel analytics and financial modelling skills

- Good presentation skills

- 4+ year experience on different project financing structures in debt raise for infrastructure / power projects in India

- Graduate or MBA from reputed institutions
