Senior Analyst/Process Lead -Finance

- We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Process Lead - Finance, who will be a part of our Finance & Accounting team based in Noida.

- You will be responsible for financial reporting on a regular basis and support the accounting departmentin day to day activities varying from month-end close to reconciliations and projects.

What You'll Do:

- Manage internal & external reporting functions focusing on developing new reports based on guidance from management.

- Support month-end accounting close activities.

- Help develop new financial metrics & reporting.

- Monitor spend with vendors and identify anomalies when spend does not align with budgeted and contracted amounts.

- Be quick on your feet and take ownership of the trial balance and supporting reconciliations.

- Initiative and ability to deal with complex and new situations.

- Help prepare US GAAP accounting guidance and support annual audit workflows.

- Partner cross functionally with other teams in the organization.

- Assist with reporting to related queries & documentation of procedures.

- Adhere to organization policies & working procedures in reporting financials.

- Create a strong and robust financial control environment.

- Ensure for timely creation & update of process documentation.

What You'll Bring:

- At least 4-5 years of management reporting / Internal reporting experience along with accounting experience in case of CA OR 7-8 years of experience in case of non-CA..

- Experience in accounting with an academic background in accounting is mandatory.

- Effective business partnering skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

- Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills.

- Experience working in Netsuite and a deep understanding of building custom reports.

- Experience in coordinating with different stakeholder across different regions

- Exposure to MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
