Job Summary:
This role will be a part of the People Analytics Program team to lead business as usual reporting activities, support the execution of dashboards and complex analytics iniatives, proactively identifying and resolve emerging business problems and efficiency opportunities with data.
This is a highly collaborative role with opportunity to partner with key HR leadership and business stakeholders to influence the use of data analytics/insights, enabling the business to make strategic and operational people decisions to drive growth and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR self-serve tools and dashboards
- Consult with HR, business leadership and partners to understand key problem to be solved, make recommendation on analytical approaches and implement solutions
- Assist in building analytical acumen within HR and be an ambassador for story telling and data driven decision making in the organization
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Perform exploratory data analysis, generate and test hypotheses and uncover trends and relationships
- Conducts various pre-implementation and post-implementation analyses to estimate/measure business impact caused by model adoption (e.g., revenue increase, cost reduction, corporate brand image) and conduct post implementation reviews
- Support People Analytics program through project management activities such as stakeholder management, communication and coordination and documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships both within HR as well as with key business stakeholders

Job Requirements:
Education:
- 3 - 5 years related experience in a data analytics role
- Degree in Business, data sciences, a related field of study or equivalent work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, data and reporting
- Strong problem solver, resourceful and extremely detail oriented
- Strong business and analytics acumen
- Solid internal skills with ability to collaborate across teams and organization levels
- Ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information responsibly
Experience :
- Solid experience working with data and analytics with desire to grow within the analytics space
- Some experience in project management, technology implementation and change management experience preferred
- Hands on experience in dashboarding and visualization tools (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with cloud-based people analytics software is an asset
- Knowledge of SuccessFactor / SAP is a strong asset
- Proficiency with SQL, understanding of statistical analysis and tools is a strong asset
