Senior Analyst - MIS - Telecom

As a leading outsourcing partner, We are hiring proficient and confident Sr.MIS Analyst to work on project for our esteemed client, which is one of the largest telecom and mobile money services provider in 14 countries in Sub-Saharan, Central, and Western Africa.

Job Details:

Experience Required: 7-10 years of experience in MIS role with basic data analytic skills.

Location: Gurugram

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills: MIS Reporting, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Macros, Python (Basics), Dashboard creation, data visualization.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Word.

- Strong data analytics skills, with a working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.

- Experience in dashboard creation and reporting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Expertise in developing and maintaining complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and track projects, ensuring timely delivery and reporting progress.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards for real-time data tracking.

- Leverage MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for business insights.

- Create, maintain, and improve MIS reports that support business operations.

- Implement automation in reporting processes and provide analytical support.

- Work with basic R or Python for data analysis tasks and reporting automation.

- Present data and findings clearly using visualization tools.

- Ensure correctness and accuracy of the reports.

- File Retention and Repository - keep records and file safe - as per company security policy.

- Publish the KPI dashboards & do basic analysis to identify OFIs
