Senior Analyst/Manager - Risk Analysis - BFS

Job Description :

- Read insurance requirements of contracts such as financing agreements, lease agreements, power purchase agreements, and assess our compliance with these requirements. 

- Read, draft, and edit contractual language/requirements related to insurance in all of our legal contracts.

- Develop a portfolio-wide database of insurance requirements by project and by counterparty.

- Design and implement standard, contractual insurance requirements by counterparty type.

- Oversee the annual waiver process requests for all non-compliance instances.
