Must have Skills :

- Experience in Training, coaching, facilitation.

- Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, 6Ds(r), learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programs

- Instructional Designing experience required

- Experience in design and develop training materials

- Problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

- Proficiency using MS Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
