We are hiring for Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst-Private Credit (CRE Sector Research) for One of our Product based US MNC Company

Experience Range : 2 to 11 years

Qualifications : CA/MBA Finance

Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon.

Skills: Candidates with exposure to working on commercial real estate transactions, modeling of real estate assets, real estate valuation, real-estate investment

Job Responsibilities :

You will be involved in supporting the front office group in analyzing and assessing investment opportunities across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) capital structure which includes but is not limited to building and maintaining detailed financial models, performing market research, preparing and presenting investment memos, conducting investment due diligence, analyzing sector-related reports to identify insights and performing deep dives by connecting research with market data.
