Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst_finance

- Drive the Global Annual Standard Costing update process for the business and own & support it

- Work with multiple stakeholders, including the Material Master team, Product Managers, Finance, IT, Regional Operations team, etc., to provide timely insights on the project's progress.

- As the single point of contact for Global costing-related questions from various regions, lead and steer various Global costing calls

- To navigate past errors, monitoring variances from the plan and communicating with stakeholders is crucial

- Comprehensive knowledge of BOM/Recipe & their costing correlations, including annual costing and NPI in SAP

- The reading of material master data, the analysis of costing results, and the reporting of those results

- Ensure that the project timeline can be adjusted if additional activities need to be completed

- Deliver the project on schedule for leadership team approval

- Look at opportunities to perform Actual processing of costing in SAP & reporting in the future

- Provide various commercial and ad-hoc reports as requested by management

- Develop best practices, drive efficiencies, ensure alignment and be available as a backup during emergencies in partnership with FP&A, Business & Ops teams

Basic Qualifications :

- C.M.A / C.A/ MBA finance, accounting, business, or related field

- Experience in Standard Cost updates 2-3 years and product costing as well in SAP (monthly/annually)

- Min. 5-6 years of progressive Finance experience, preferable operations finance experience (understand BOM creation to track/explosion)

- Critical thinking and strategic mindset

- Vital Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modeling Skillset

- A strong understanding of operational finance is required, commercial finance will be a plus

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English

- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment across different time zones
