Hiring Sr Analyst HR - Campus Recruitment
- Exp in handling Campus hiring for both Tech and Ops role, Should have handled hiring in Tier1 and Tier 2 colleges , Person should have flair for analytics, change management in HR space and strong in identifying the trends
- Candidate should have a process oriented and analytical approach with an affinity for data and strong exp working in Advanced Excel
- The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an IC role as well as lead projects and provide resolutions to range of complex problems and assist junior team members
- The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/Master's degree with at least two to five years of relevant work experience in a campus sourcing/recruitment role
- Candidate should have attention to detail and focused on delivery
- The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working exp in data and MS-Excel
- The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects
