Job Description :

- In this role, the Senior Analyst - HR Analytics will be working with HR Program Manager to engage in environmental data reporting for annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc organizational reporting. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling large & complex datasets using excel to pull out HR related insights.

Description :

- Perform data mining and analysis to generate HR metrics and insights

- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboard

- Conduct workforce analysis including retention, headcount, diversity, and turnover trends

- Create predictive models to support HR strategies

- Collaborate with HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations

- Provide analytical support for HR projects

- Present data-driven reports to HR leadership

Profile :

A successful Senior Analyst - HR Analytics' should have:

- 4-10 years of overall experience in HR Analytics

- Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO

- Candidate should come with experience - working in HR Analytics, large and complex data sets.
