Senior Analyst - Headcount Planning Team - eCommerce

We are urgently hiring for Headcount Planning team for an Ecommerce Giant for an Analyst position (i.e; Senior Manager) . Work location will be Hyderabad.

The person should be from a Supply Chain Planning background with knowledge of Inventory Planning along with expertise in Analytical tools .

Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 Institute only of passout year 2017/2018/2019/2020

Female Candidates preferred.

Current CTC of candidate should be within 18 LPA-23 LPA

Offered CTC - 30 LPA

Job Responsibility:

- Lead critical projects to improve planning and forecasting efficiency for global operations.

- Participate in global customer service initiatives and project roll outs to cater to growing business needs.

- Coordinate with internal and outsourcing network operation teams to meet business service levels.

- Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network.

- Develop forecasting models that captures the dynamics of retail and digital e-commerce business.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data.

- Good experience in writing automation scripts using VBA macros

- Exposure to BI Tools such as quiksight, tableau, etc.

- Good experience in Data visualization tools and techniques
