Senior Analyst - Digital Marketing Analytics - BFS

Role Responsibilities:

- Understand the business problem and convert it into an analytical problem

- Perform the data process of understanding, collect, interpret and clean the data

- Work with technology partners with requirements and user testing

- Produce meaningful insights using analytical/data modelling techniques

- Interpret and justify analytical results within the business context using analytical/data modelling techniques

- Customize, package, and present analyses and results to stakeholders

- Generate and automate BI reports

- Enable business users to generate basic reports like web stats, etc. at their end.

- Use required data platforms and visualization tools to build required automations

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Qualification:

- Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Business Management/Statistics/Economics/Finance

- Solid foundation in data science and coding (especially for data pulls/preparation)

Required Experience:

- 2-6 years of experience working in space of analytics, data science with significant experience in answering questions and providing insights related to web, mobile and social data

- Good experience with tools such as Google Analytics and its application to drive KPI's like customer/client acquisition/ conversion/ retention

- Ability to code and build data logic using SQL and Google BigQuery

- Exposure to SAS and Python is preferred

- Experience with designing and conducting online A/B tests (involving webpages, banners, and other online assets)

- Handling end-to-end projects independently

Required skills and competencies:

- Strong analytical skills, to be able to understand business problems, collect and analyze data, and clearly articulate the results

- Deliver technical business requirements and validate in multiple UAT environments

- Translate complex data results and concepts into logical stories

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to present complex results to senior stakeholders

- Prior experience, preferably in space of Financial Services, Retail, E-Commerce

- Self-motivation, excellent accountability and ownership skills

- Excellent team player
