Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics with Premium Investment Bank Overall purpose of role : This role is accountable for supporting analytical work within the digital / mobile analytical function. This role will support Existing Card and Collection efforts to grow our business and create strategic programs within Collections via digital channels. The role will support across all products (cards, loans, deposits, small business, retail POS, PLCC, etc). Key Accountabilities : - Perform in-depth analysis of to enhance offerings within ECM / Collections for our digitial channels, grow our portfolio and identify opportunities for optimization across the space - Using advanced analytics, create targeting for all digital ECM/Collection programs - Work across teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvements and identify, design, execute and monitor testing results across digital offers Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative field) - 1+ years of analytical experience in marketing analytics, risk analytics or other quantitative/analytics field - Ability to write and execute analytical queries in SAS, SQL, Python to extract data from a database and perform data analysis to develop new solutions and drive business insights - Solid written/verbal communication skills Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Bank, Cards, or related financial services industry experience preferred - Master's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline preferred (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative field). - Good understanding of financial services business and profitability (P&L) structure - Good senior stakeholder management and presentation skills
