Senior Analyst - Data Analytics/Tableau - Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Bangalore

Position: Sr. Analyst - Data Analyst/ Data Analytics

Experience- 2-4 yrs in Data Analytics with Good knowledge in Tableau, Alteryx, VBA.

Working on HR projects will be added advantage

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work with the project stakeholders to analyze business problems or issues, identify business needs and gather requirements for data analysis or deployment of already existing analytics tools (Tableau/ Alteryx)

- Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved and develop solutions or alternative approaches

- Responsible for Visualization and making dashboards using Tableau.

- Provide analytics and decision support using basic modeling, optimization and simulation techniques

- Must have good command over Tableau
