Senior Analyst - Data Analytics & Insights

Key Responsibilities:
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis, and data mining to analyse and optimize the client journey and experience, measure tactic performance for pursuit based opportunities.
- Act as a data storyteller, extracting insights from the existing data and create compelling visualizations and in- sights to clearly communicate the narrative
- Experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Predictive Analytics is preferred.
- Solid understanding of marketing measurement tools and metrics including web, CRM, social media, email and client intent. Specific experience Salesforce is preferred.
- Specific experience with Adobe Analytics, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn insights, a plus. Experience with generating quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization (PowerBI) or other tools.
- Ability to query/mine large data sets, knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Python preferred
- Demonstrable skills in consulting and partnering with marketing stakeholders to uncover business questions and deliver relevant analytics and insights to meet their needs
- Strong analytical mind-set and skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into easily digestible reports and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate within and across a variety of teams
