Job Responsibilities:

- Work for global clients (Private Equity, Hedge fund, Mutual Fund) and provide accurate information regarding their investment portfolio..

- Monitor workflow systems for ingestion failures and escalate issues promptly

- Manage a book of work to ensure the clean ingestion and reconciliation of data feeds

- Provide proactive support for the data services and technology teams, including requirements development, requests, and facilitation of issue resolution.

- Support client facing team in managing day-to-day client communications including addressing client queries and requests

Essential skills / Qualifications:

- MBA / MMS /Graduation Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other related field

- 3-5 years' experience in the financial services and/or Investment Banking / wealth management sector of with demonstrated basic knowledge of financial products, concepts, practices and processes

- Should have strong understanding about Custody and capital markets operations.

- Should have strong understanding about Fixed Income, Private Equity OR Hedge Fund market.

- Experience working in a ticketing environment would be an added advantage

Working model: - Work from office (5 Days), No WFH option.

Office Location: - Andheri

Shift: - 1PM - 10 PM OR 2 PM- 11 PM
