Senior Analyst - Commercial Real Estate - BFS

Job Description:

The primary responsibility would involve working closely with clients in modelling and analysing transactions in real estate. The candidate will be expected to take lead on the projects assigned to her/him and make sure that the deliverables are provided to client within the stipulated timeframe. The role involves working directly with global institutional investors such as investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms.

Required Experience/ Skill Set :

Work experience in the industry (real estate PE, investment banking, real estate direct lending group or debt fund)

- Strong fluency in financial modeling in excel

- Broad understanding of real estate debt landscape

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure
