Position: Sr Analyst

Level Of the Position: Senior Analyst

Experience in years: 1 to 5 years

Reporting to: AVP - Analytics

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors /Masters in technology from tier 1 institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Analysis, Profiling, Segmentation, Insights Sharing, MIS and Dashboards

- Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.

- Perform advanced statistical analysis like regression/random sampling and define statistical models to solve complex business problems.

- Develop and implement analytical/machine learning methodologies and solutions that integrate diverse techniques, tools and technologies to generate deeper analytical insights

- Work as a team to achieve business objectives.

Desired Skills / Experience:

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, numerical capabilities (Data interpretation and comfort with numbers) and structured thinking a must.

- Expectation to work hands-on

- Ability for exploratoty data analysis with good understanding of R/SQL and Data analysis tools

- Knowledge of basic modeling techniques like regression, CART, time series
