Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

Senior BI Analyst:

We are looking for a data-driven and insightful Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong business and technical skills to join us. This is a remote position with work from home opportunity and flexibility with working hours.

You'll be working in close collaboration with the Product and Business teams to help drive better ROI for various product initiatives and enhance Bizops. You will be responsible for deriving actionable insights, data analysis, conducting statistical analyses and own all reporting and dashboards.

What You'll Do:

- Define and create metrics along with business owners

- Build dashboards using big query, Google Analytics, Adwords and other analytics tools.

- Analysis and importantly synthesize data to drive meaningful insights.

- Enable decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to present it in a digestible and actionable format

- Analyze large data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools

- Anticipate, identify, structure, and solve critical problems.

- Perform ad hoc analyses to quickly solve time sensitive operational issues and business cases

- Design and develop key performance metrics and indicators using standardized and custom reports

- Clearly communicate any potential data discrepancies and/or reporting downtime, including specific root cause, steps to resolution, and resolution date

- Partner with subject matter experts to document and translate business requirements into technical requirements

- Manage multiple projects and proactively communicates issues, priorities, and objectives

What You'll Bring:

- Experience with querying BigQuery and gathering data from multiple sources Familiarity with Data Studio, Redash and Google Analytic.

- Three or more years' experience in client facing roles; experience in real estate, title or escrow preferred

- Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited college preferred

- Ability to dive in, approach situations thoughtfully and analytically, and solve complex problems in creative ways.
