Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

About Kyzen Partners:

We are a Gurgaon based M&A advisory firm for leading online businesses that provides tailor made solutions to new age entrepreneurs. The founding team has worked with leading international and domestic consumer brands across categories and have managed over 100+ strategic tie-ups/partnerships in their past experiences. Currently, we are looking to add a Sr. Analyst/Associate in the Investment Banking Division who will play a key role in expanding our M&A operations.

What's Required:

Prior Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience of working at an Investment Banking firm or equivalent

Academic Qualification: MBAs from top tier institutes (CAs/CFAs will be a plus)

Skills Required:

- A Demonstrated hunger towards field of Investments, Investment Banking, and Entrepreneurship

- Passion for the Indian Start-up Ecosystem & Fundraising (D2C/Online focused)

- Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills

- Great Communication & Presentation Skills (both Verbal & Written)

- Strong Financial Modelling Skills (DCF/Operating Model/Transaction Comps)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Ability to Multi-task & Prioritize Effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deal Sourcing & Origination: Interaction with Founders for Evaluating & Sourcing of Potential Deals

- Financial Analysis: Collecting, collating, and analysing information received from clients

- Collateral Preparation: Preparation of Pitch Material like Financial Model, IM, Teaser, Peer Benchmarking, Industry Research, etc.

- Assisting in Investor Meetings and Due Diligence Process

- Thought Pieces & Content Writing

Compensation:

Commensurate with skills & experience. Compensation for this position will be split between fixed and performance-based incentive.
