1. Serve as a critical point of contact with clients for their Order and Execution management inquiries including allocation methodology, order sizing and electronic trading workflows.
2. Analyze and troubleshoot requests to provide first class real-time solutions.
3. Liaise with multiple teams across the firm including Account Management,
4. Management and Application Support to ensure client is receiving best in class service.
5. Communicate with client counterparties and serve as an escalation point as needed.
6. Create and perform training demos for both internal and external parties for OEMS topics and inquiries. Leverage and maintain internal documentation resources.
7. Help to identify inefficiencies to improve internal or client related workflows.
