Senior Analyst/Associate - Debt Structuring

Mandatory Requirements :

Key responsibilities :

- Structuring assets and liabilities for corporate, FI and sovereign clients in CEEMEA in G10 as well as local currencies

- Providing effective hedging solutions to clients based on topical themes in the market for existing/new liabilities - loans/bonds

- Circulating new trade ideas based on trading feedback/axes and generate momentum with sales across CEEMEA

- Pricing different products in the Rates, FX and Credit space - interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, structured notes, caps/swaptions etc.

- Preparing trade documentation such as termsheets, long form confirmations as well scenario and historical analysis on the trades as required

- Creating client pitches with relevant market updates and suggested trade alternatives with supporting analysis and rationale

- Preparing periodic economic update on multitude of regions/currencies to bring out opportunities and situations

- Key role in end-to-end deal execution right from pitching solutions, to pricing iterations, to documentation and final execution with trading

Key skill set :

- Understanding of fixed income markets - loans, bonds, repos, interest rate products, FX

- Excellent MS Excel ability and PowerPoint skills plus analytical abilities

- Ability to understand client requirements to present the right structure as solution

- Team member and strong willingness to learn and be able to grasp concepts quickly

- Self driven and motivated to proactively push new ideas to help grow the business

- Be able to establish close ties with sales from across the region plus multiple trading teams sitting all around the globe
