Role for Sr. Analyst/AVP-OTC Derivatives

You're Role:

- Leads FX TTRO for EMIR, Dodd Frank and Canada regulatory reporting

- Drives change and represents the firm on industry forums such as GFXD

- Provides excellent client service and coordinates with the counter parties on FX regulatory matters

- Identifies Issues/Non Compliance/Control breach, identifies and raises enhancements and rectifies issues via Jira prioritization

- Facilitates FX architectural design and strategy

- Participates in Business and Functional requirement gathering

- Provides training to the existing team and new recruits

- Coordinates and plans effectively with offshore teams

- Conducts and manages UAT cycles

- Devises test cases for FX Test Pack

- Negotiates and agrees on additional process to increase efficiency and controls

- Produces procedures and B-Controls

Essential Skills:

- Understanding and knowledge of Regulatory reports

- Understanding the Reporting Platforms

- Knowledge on Trade Life Cycle

- Knowledge on Risk and Control

- Knowledge on upcoming regulations and changes happening in regulations

- Candidate should be able to incorporate the changed regulations

Desirable Skills:

- Financial Background is preferred

- Good communication skills

- FX experience
