Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Strategy & Analytics
The corporate strategy team reports directly to the CEO and acts as an intermediary between departments (operations, finance, marketing, HR, and Tech) and the CEO's office.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO to develop future growth strategies and futureproof the business
- Work on new initiatives, new product ideation, and be on top of Industry trends and competition
- Drive company strategies basis deep understanding of the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance
- Understand the commercial real estate/co-working industry to drive strong supply side strategies
- Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience and make suggestions
- Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis
- Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors
- Support various special project assignments
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications :
Qualification : Degree from a Tier 1 college
- Work experience : 2.5+ years of experience in a consulting/strategy/start-up atmosphere dealing in cross-vertical problems and finding solutions.
Required Qualifications :
- Highly motivated individuals of who - Strong Business mindset and very strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced MS Excel skills - ability to handle and structure analysis independently
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word, experience with creating presentations
- Is comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis
- Entrepreneurial skills having good business initiative with experience of finance-related valuation and Corporate Development strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions and/or strategic planning
- Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and can complete deliverables with short deadlines
- Time management - must be able to manage workload efficiently and push out deliverables before deadlines
