Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Immigration - KPO

- Manage a portfolio of professionals providing advisory and operational support (from assignee identification to repatriation) on inbound/outbound, long-term international assignments.

- Support and manage the overall Mobility program for practitioners travelling out bound of US offices

- Collaborate with Resource Managers, employees, vendors & internal teams to ensure smooth mobility process and ensure the databases are updated and business is kept posted on the status for every milestone.

- Must be good with excel and Reporting, also should have good presentation skills.

- Provide right guidance as needed based on the business requirement and understanding

- Provides inputs on technology enhancements
