- This position is expected to lead/perform statistical work in multiple marketing analytics areas including design of experiments, marketing mix modelling, response analysis methodology for direct marketing campaigns, attribution analysis and other areas as required.
- The candidate is expected to have subject matter expertise in core statistical concepts and demonstrated statistical/ econometric modelling skills using tools like SAS eMiner, R or other statistical modelling software.
- The candidate is responsible for mentoring the Junior analysts team and enhance the statistical rigour in the current focus areas of the team.
- Expected to have in-depth understanding of techniques like ANCOVA, structural equation modelling, time series econometric modelling,
- Candidate is expected to have good understanding of media and marketing mix modelling and will have to develop a good understanding of Fidelity's marketing mix concepts & methodology. The role is expected to contribute significantly in the area of mix modelling in partnership with existing professional services and onsite teams
- This position will be working in close co-ordination with the Campaign Operations, Direct Mail Programs and Integrated Marketing teams in India and US to modify statistical initiatives for improving marketing effectiveness
Candidate Description :
- Ability to understand business problems and design advanced statistical and analytical solutions independently
- Demonstrated expertise in techniques like Time series regression, Econometric models, Hierarchical Linear models, Structural equation, ANCOVA, ANOVA, Full factorial design, Fractional factorial design etc.
- Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour to influence change in the direct marketing and media strategy
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills
- Experience in extracting, organizing and analysing customer level data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in building Marketing Mix models and/or attribution models
- Experience in managing partner relationships and overall program management
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Experience in presenting to varying audience effectively.
