Senior Analyst/AM - Regulatory Reporting - Capital - BFSI

Team Overview:

Financial Control team is setup as an extension of the Financial and Regulatory Reporting team across regions and provides Analytical and Quantitative support to the onshore team. Some of the key focus areas for the team include Preparation of Financial Statements under local and US GAAP; Regulatory Reporting and Group Consolidation.

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

- Capital Adequacy calculation

- Leverage ratio calculation

- Analysis of RWA to monitor movements and optimization

- Upstream data validation.

- Interaction with Risk for validating Risk numbers

- Interaction with other teams like IT, Ops and Legal

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- Financial services industry exposure / good working knowledge in Financial reporting function

- Understanding of financial products

- Strong ability to communicate in English

- Proficiency in bringing issues to closure by keeping all the relevant stakeholders informed.

- Self-starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical skills

- Excel system skills and ability to learn Finance specific systems

- Must be able to work well and complete tasks under tight deadlines

- Identifies and pursues innovative business initiatives that provide a material contribution

Qualification : CA / CFA / FRM / Graduated with relevant experience

Shift Timing: Should be flexible.
