Are you a great with numbers- Do you know how to take care of the details- We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
- Manage Service delivery and monthly closing activities for Global Cost Allocations team, where execution is performed by Vendor team of 25 people.
- Manage a wide number of stakeholder relationships across Finance and Corporate Centre business areas
- Understand and review finalized actuals with Financial Controllers
- Review, understand and explain of the P&L - actuals and variances to prior month
- Review, understand and explain the balance sheet - review, validation and substantiation of balances, monthly and quarterly analysis of entire functional balance sheet, and preparation of a quarterly balance review for presentation to the Cost Financial Controller
- Maintain and enhance the control framework across Cost Allocation processes to ensure they are robust, evidence of performance is retained and risks are appropriately identified and escalated
- Manage vendor performance, including development of comprehensive input/output metrics and key performance indicators
- Engage on process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement changes to Cost Allocation processes and accounting policy
- Standardization of processes and tools across the E2E process
- Manage ad hoc requests
