1. Facilitating property related legal information on various issues including Stamp Duty and Registration.
2. Facilitating recording a copy of a document, transferring the title in immovable property to the office of the Registrar. Registration acts as proof that a transaction has taken place.
3. Facilitating Transfer of shares/flat/office in a Co-op Society and Specimen Legal Deeds like Sale Deed, Transfer Deed, Power Of Attorney, etc.
4. Initiating steps to be taken when Buying or Selling Property and Specimen Legal Documents.
5. Inspecting the original title documents of the property being purchased.
6. Assisting in compiling various documents required to be provided for the perusal by the purchaser.
7. Preparation and execution of Agreement and Memorandum at the Stamp Duty Office.
8. Drafting the Final Sale Deed & getting it stamped, executed and registered in the presence of two witnesses
9. Submitting documents with the office of Sub Registrar of Assurances within whose jurisdiction the property is located.
10. Drafting, vetting and negotiating on Commercial / Project Management Agreements,Legal Documentation, Contracts, Notices, MOU's, Commercial Leasing and legal issues.
11. Maintaining sustained contact with Legal Professionals and Government Officials for initiation and follow-ups on legal procedures and finalising various legal documents
