Hiring for Senior Advisors (Private Wealth) (Family Office Setups) for Leading Indian NBFC

SUMMARY:
Family Offices - Single or Multi Family Offices are being set up in India by various UUHNI families. CLIENT's Family Office is a Multi Family Office which works as Investment Office, Creates Family Governance Structures, Investment Policy developments and Business Financing needs of UUHNI families. The senior advisor is the ultimate face of the business as (s)he is going to be the final point of contact with the client. (S)he would be responsible for acquiring ultra high net worth relationships and managing & retaining such relationships by delivering the best standards of services. (S)he would be expected to establish strong ties with them by designing & implementing their financial plans; and then by ensuring that they receive and execute on the right advice. Any senior private banking professional looking at enhancing his skill set should look at this opportunity.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Senior wealth managers with prior experience working in a private bank/wealth management set up
- Handle and manage clients with a minimum Investment amount of Rs 20 Cr and above
- Experience of advising clients across asset classes
- Current book size of 100 crs
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to enhance knowledge levels through rigorous learning.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The relationship manager will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining client relationships using the CLIENT'S Family Office platform
- Advising Ultra HNI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
- Track the Ultra HNI segment in the market for new client acquisition
- To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients- portfolios
- Constantly monitor client portfolio and recommend appropriate investment solutions and ensuring compliant sales and maintaining the Sales quality levels, via periodic audit checks and review of sales processes
- To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients
- To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities
- To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats
JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Qualifications:
- An MBA (finance or marketing) Degree holder or focused education in financial planning/wealth management
- Other qualifications like CA, CFA will be an advantage
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the financial industry preferred

- A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required for NRI clients
