Sr. Advisor - Performance, KPI & Governance
We are hiring for a Australian Mnc organization for Performance Management Framework & Governance in R2R or O2C,P2P or payroll
What the role entails:
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
Performance Management Framework & Governance:
- Support leadership to define relevant and actionable KPIs for FAS.
- Ensure KPIs are aligned with group services strategy and reflect performance in FAS.
Performance Measurement & Review:
- Monitor performance against targets and benchmarks, identifying trends and areas for improvement for FAS.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare FAS performance with industry best practices.
- Analyze KPI data to provide meaningful insights into FAS performance and operational efficiency. Identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas for optimization.
- Engage with FAS leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams to gain alignment on KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Participate in regular performance review meetings with core function leaders and stakeholders to discuss KPI results, trends, and action plans.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Present KPI data in a clear and concise manner to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Control and Compliance Effectiveness:
- Ensure compliance with Riot Tinto's policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in analytics.
- Continuously improve understanding of analytical processes, methodologies, and tools.
About Yourself:
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in performance management, data governance, or related roles.
- Understanding of FAS process and tools.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data management best practices.
- Understanding of business strategy and the ability to align performance metrics with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in the functionality of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
